Programme Pathways
The programme is open to graduates through two specialized tracks:
Management Trainee Programme: For young talents aiming to become well-rounded bankers and business leaders.
Tech Bootcamp: For individuals looking to build innovative solutions and drive technological transformation within the bank.
EligibilityÂ
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of a second-class lower division, or an HND with at least a lower credit.
(Note: Tech Bootcamp applicants specifically require a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Numerical Sciences, or a relevant IT certification).
A minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings.
Must not be older than 27 years at the time of application.
Must possess a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge certificate or certificate of exemption.
